FIVE STARS! I called Precision because I need a garage door repaired. We are selling our home and that was a request by the buyers. The door had been hit by one of our cars and I wasn’t sure of what I would be told. Monty was sent and I could not have been any more impressed. He called to let me know he was a about 14 minutes away. He was very professional upon his arrival. Because of the reason of my call he could have told me I needed a new garage door and I would have bought one. Instead, he did his best to fix the door and he did an amazing job. He even asked me if I was pleased. I will definitely refer anyone who ask to Precision and ask them to request Monty. Thank you Monty for your professionalism!

I wanted to commend and thank Chris Flores, the technician that came out to service my garage door. He called me when he was on his way and when he arrived was very professional and curteous. After inspecting my problem garage door, he spent the time to discuss the pros and cons for me to consider regarding repairing my garage door vs. buying a new one. After our discussion and much consideration I decided to replace my door and opener. He could have walked in and just said I needed a door, but instead he talked to me and showed me all that my set up needed and gave me costs on repairing and replacing. I’ve decided to replace and just wanted to share my appreciation for him and Precision door of San Antonio. Through my experience I would recommend them and am glad I called this company!

This is the way a home repair should work. Mark Licon, the tech assigned to the repair, arrived right on time, assessed the problem (one of my door springs had failed), and installed the replacement parts within one hour. I was pleased to learn he had replacement parts in his truck ready to go, not to mention a new remote i asked for 'off the cuff' that he was able to program for me within minutes. First class service, very professional and reliable. Extremely well done, especially on a Sunday afternoon. I couldn't be more impressed.
