I can always rely on Precision to be available during the week and on weekends (Sunday repair this last time). Dan has serviced our doors a couple of times now and always is very personal and professional and leaves the worksite clean. They were on site as promised and called me 30 minutes prior to arriving. Got a pretty big job done quickly and correctly. I am always confident calling Precision. Thanks.

Not pleased. I authorized the work, it was finished and I paid. Later I called other garage door service companies to compare costs. After 3 estimates I got prices $300 and below, for the same work. Precision Charged me nearly $500. I guess my trusting nature cost me at least $200 this time around. Technician was nice and professional, unfortunately his company seems to be over charging for parts and service.

Mike - Thank you for taking the time to review our company. Feedback from our customers is necessary to improve our business. Although our prices are quoted before beginning the job I understand you were displeased with our pricing. We are not the lowest in the industry nor are we the highest. We do however use a better grade of hardware including high cycle heavy duty springs.This enables us to better stand behind our product and service in the coming years. I am unable to say why the other companies were quoting you less. Perhaps the disparity in pricing comes in the product they sell. I can say that since we installed our springs, for the next three years should the springs break there will be no charge again for the springs. I thank you for your feedback. Regards

Joe Giles (think that was his last name) was excellent at the job. Our door was not working with the opener so was opening manually. It went off track and so called your service. Joe put the door back on track and found the motor was broke. He put a new one on, repaired the rollers that were bent and added a new key pad. Joe was very pleasant to have work on our garage door. He is a great representative of your organization!!

We had an electric garage door opener installed today. Our technician, Jason Dawson, was professional, informative and friendly. He gave us options and was patient while we chose one. He was also able to complete the job of installing the entire unit on the same day. Had our garage doors serviced 5 June 2018, technician showed up early, a big plus! Not only was he early, he was a pleasure to work with. I explained my issues, and he went straight to work and resolved my issues straight away. I would say that anyone would be happy to have this technician on their pay roll. Our garage door broke on a Saturday and wouldn't go down. Precision was able to come out the same day and repair the door. I liked that the email I received confirming the appointment included the name of the tech and pictures of all the techs. If the tech who was scheduled to come to our house changed, I could easily confirm the new tech. This is a great safety feature. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable, replaced the spring that broke, replaced the rollers, and, when I mentioned that sometimes the door would stop closing if the sunlight hit the sensor just right, he fixed that occasional problem, too. Having the door repaired was a little spendy (in part because it was unexpected), but we felt it was money well spent. We will recommend Precision to our friends when their garage doors stop working.

May 30, 2018 Jason and Allen did a very professional job in repairing/ overhauling my 22 year old garage door. They also replaced the garage door opener. The door opens with ease and it is extremely quiet now. Thanks for a job well done! P.S. I like the extra touch of seeing a photo and a bio of the lead technician coming to the house!
