I want to commend Jason B for providing a professional yet relaxing service. He explained all the process so that I would understand why he was doing what he was doing. Price was an issue with me so he kept me informed as he went. He made sure to provide maintenance and lubricated hinges etc. My garage door was in need of repair bc it was not lifting on its own. He found the cause, fixed it and now it opens and very quietly! Thank you!

Patrick Cross was our technician & he arrived within the specified time frame. He was courteous & professional & explained the options to us for repairing the broken spring. We chose to upgrade to a 2 spring which he explained has a better longevity than a 1 spring but would also allow us to operate the door to get a vehicle out should the spring break again. This service did not include a lifetime warranty. All in all, the install was done quickly, professionally & we are happy to have an operable door again. Thank you!

Had trouble with my garage door not closing. Chris was on time and had it adjusted in less than an hour. He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I did not need, he just evaluated the door and made the adjustments needed. I have used this company twice now the first time they replaced the spring and two years late a quick adjustment.
