Patrick Cross was our technician & he arrived within the specified time frame. He was courteous & professional & explained the options to us for repairing the broken spring. We chose to upgrade to a 2 spring which he explained has a better longevity than a 1 spring but would also allow us to operate the door to get a vehicle out should the spring break again. This service did not include a lifetime warranty. All in all, the install was done quickly, professionally & we are happy to have an operable door again. Thank you!

Had trouble with my garage door not closing. Chris was on time and had it adjusted in less than an hour. He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I did not need, he just evaluated the door and made the adjustments needed. I have used this company twice now the first time they replaced the spring and two years late a quick adjustment.

Chris Flores was the technician who came to our house on April 15,2019 to repair our garage door. It had a broken spring. We chose to upgrade to a two spring system and have teflon rollers installed. I called Precision based on an ad in the phone book. This is the first time I have dealt with them. I had an emergency because a spring had broken on one of my garage doors and I could not get my car out. I called about 11:00 a.m. today and told them that I had to be able to get my car out by 3:00 so I could pick up my granddaughters. Jason Dawson arrived about 12:30 and he manually raised the door. I put the car outside and agreed to let me do a complete repair job on both doors. I am very pleased with the results and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
