Had trouble with my garage door not closing. Chris was on time and had it adjusted in less than an hour. He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I did not need, he just evaluated the door and made the adjustments needed. I have used this company twice now the first time they replaced the spring and two years late a quick adjustment.

(Had lightning last night that fried the opener) I had to work a bit with Tara for that when I called this morning. Chris Flores was the technician who came to our house on April 15,2019 to repair our garage door. It had a broken spring. We chose to upgrade to a two spring system and have teflon rollers installed. I called Precision based on an ad in the phone book. This is the first time I have dealt with them. I had an emergency because a spring had broken on one of my garage doors and I could not get my car out. I called about 11:00 a.m. today and told them that I had to be able to get my car out by 3:00 so I could pick up my granddaughters. Jason Dawson arrived about 12:30 and he manually raised the door. I put the car outside and agreed to let me do a complete repair job on both doors. I am very pleased with the results and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

FIVE STARS! I called Precision because I need a garage door repaired. We are selling our home and that was a request by the buyers. The door had been hit by one of our cars and I wasn’t sure of what I would be told. Monty was sent and I could not have been any more impressed.
