Service Technician was very qualified in addressing all the repair issues. In addition, worked extremely hard in competing job. Coordination with Customer Service for making appointment and keeping advised when Tech would arrive at site. Technician stayed in contact regarding actual arrival time at site.

When Jason came over I explained to him that we are doing a renovation in several months and my plans do not include this garage door. Jason laid out several options and we tried one of them and the rood responded wonderfully. Jason went through and checked and adjusted all moving parts and he even went as far as to check every single bolt on the entire door. Very good job and they saved me several hundred dollars. I am so happy with the service i received I have already started telling people about it. Great job Precision and Jason and many thanks yous.
