I was having issues with one of my garage door openers. Precision was able to send someone out the next day at a time the was best for me. Called prior to arriving. Arrived on time. Tech was very professional, was able to pinpoint the problem within min. Since my openers were old (from 1997 I believe) I decided to have new ones installed. He had everything needed on the truck and was able to install at that time and at the price quoted. He took the time to explain everything about the openers to me and also gave me some tips on how to keep the springs and rollers maintained.

Fantastic service on the 4th of July holiday! Joe Sillitoe came out early in the 2 hour appointment window, diagnosed the problem right away, inspected all parts and after recommended service, was done within an hour. Got new springs (my door had only one spring) and rollers, with a great lifetime parts warranty. Door is working better than brand new!!

I called Precision which was recommended by Angie's List to repair/change my garage door opener. The old one looked like it was about to fall on my vehicle at any moment. The young lady that answered the phone(sorry I cannot recall her name ) was friendly and she got me an appointment in 3 hours. Danny K. showed up with a big smile and introduced himself. Very professional and knowledgeable. In 2 hours I had a new garage door opener. Danny even cleaned up afterwards. The amount I paid was within the price range that I researched. Thank you for taking care of me immediately.

I have had previous garage door installation and repair work done, but none have left me as satisfied as I am with the job done by Mr. Dawson. First, he pointed out the problems that needed correction and then showed that he was using "A-1" repair & replacement parts -- something that I wanted and was willing to pay for long term performance and reliability. Great Service. I had a broken spring and cables, as well as broken rollers. I decided to upgrade to the 2 spring installation after reading about it and also it being recommended by the technician. The technician that serviced my door (Jason Dawson) did great work, was very friendly, and Knew what he was doing. I would recommend to anyone needing this kind of service.

I am disappointed in the articulation between the slats on the door I chose. You cannot see the planks from the street, only the segments of the door. The installer did a good job, was cooperative, left the area clean and put almost everything back where it was before he got here. I wish he had drilled a pilot hole in the framing because he split some of the framing wood with the larger screws. Please send me a complete invoice from down payment to completion.
