Garage door spring broke on a Sunday and Precision was able to come over and fix on the same day! Polite and courteous service as well. Technician explained the problem and answered questions. Highly satisfied customer.

It was pouring rain! I had a ton of errands to run, it was NOT the best day for my garage door opener to go on the fritz!!! So I called Precision Garage Door Service and explained my problem. I told the polite and helpful administrative assistant that I didn't expect anyone to come out in the flood, I just wanted to be first in line when the rain let up. She said we can be there a 2:00 pm today. They were! They fixed everything door, opener, springs, and 2 transmitters. Cost: not much money. Time: about 1 hour. This company is the real deal: professional, trained technicians, safe = 5 stars

This service was amazing. I called on Saturday noon and by 3pm we already had a technician at our house installing everything. The process only took about an hour, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't recommend this service more!

I was "trapped" in my garage, actually it was my car, and when I asked for a service call that morning, the answer was "yes" and I really appreciated that very much. The technician, Jason, was timely, polite, and told me exactly what was what with my door. He arrived in the middle of the two hour block of time, got right to work and so far I am very satisfied. My car is not longer "trapped" in the garage. Thanks!!

Very pleased and satisfied with workmanship. However, the price of $665.00 was a little steep. Although the work and part came with lifetime warranty. The competitor offered the same work (torsion spring conversion) for less to include a two-year warranty parts and labor ($389.00). Not for sure if the difference in your prices is connected to the lifetime warranty. But $276.00 is a little pricy for an extended warranty. Overall Dan the technician did an outstanding job in installation and adjustment of my broken garage door. Thanks

Joe was on time and immediately diagnosed the problem with my door. He had completed the repair in minutes and then graciously programed my two vehicles to the opener which we had not accomplished due to just moving into the home. This is our third occasion to use Precision for two homes and I would not consider calling any other service provider. Top Notch.

Very thorough examination of the door to determine which parts needed to be replaced because it wouldn't remain closed. Replaced springs, wheels, adjusted electric eye, replaced wires to eyes. Very friendly technician! A pleasure to work with! Recommend highly!

Monty was great. Very personable & knowledgeable. Needed a hinge replacement which he took care of promptly. Tightened screws, replaced some missing screws & lubricated everything. I’m good to go! Respectful, informative possible expense information and cooperative dealing with office receptionist in schedule of appointment. Informed of date and time period to expect the technician. Technician called to let me know approximate time of his arrival. Very professional and friendly in meeting him and discussing the issue with him. Tried to repair but after through checking out, decision had to be for a new garage door opener. Technician gave me his approximate time for completion and was very accurate in doing the necessary work to get the garage door opener installed and completed in a timely manner. I would recommend him to assist friends and family. Price was reasonable for opener and labor. Was a pleasure to work with this business.

Mr. Dan Kuhn repaired our garage door today. This was his third visit in the past few years, as our garage door is almost 15 years old. He is not only a true professional in his trade, he is also very kind and straightforward and takes time to explain what is needed. He is also very neat and tidy in his work. I was in the automobile repair business for 30 years and am retired. If I was to go into the garage door repair business, I would certainly try to steal Dan Kuhn from your Company! He is definitely a great guy, and we insist that he be the one to come and do our work.

Details are important. I was happy with the professionalism of this company. Their website is well thought out and easy to navigate. You can build your own doors, which I appreciated. Both technicians that came to my house were excellent. I did like the well marked vehicles and uniformed technicians. They installed two garage doors for us and left the area clean with no installation marks in our garage. And, most important, the doors look great! I happily recommend this company.
