When I bought my home a year and a half ago, it had a garage door opener, but the previous owner indicated it never worked. When I contacted Precision, this was the info provided. I did not know what it would take to make the system operational. Monty Morales was the technician assigned to the project. After reviewing my situation, he started with giving everything a tuneup. He noted that the springs were rusted and recommended their replacement. He got the motor working, but it would not travel the distance required. He recommended a new motor. Every step of the way he kept me informed of the costs. After three hours, I had a fully functional garage door opener. I was impressed that he came prepared with everything he needed to complete the job, even though he did not know the scope until he arrived. I am pleased beyond words.

We have had to use your service twice this year. Our service technician was Jason Dawson for both repairs. He is outstanding. The first time he replace rollers and realigned the system and made it work much smoother. The second time the motor was giving up the ghost and we opted to replace the entire system. He installed it in about and hour and then explained how everything worked. He was very engaging, knowledgeable, and proficient in the high quality of service he provided. I highly recommend your company to anybody with garage door problems.

Requested service @9:00 AM and serviceman, Mike Dahl, promptly arrived at 3 PM ahead of scheduled 4 PM time. We have two garage doors. Mike not only promptly fixed the broken cable on the smaller door, but replaced other worn parts; plus he repaired other bad parts on the double door at a reasonable cost. Neither door has worked as well since they were installed 22 years ago. Super job!! Highly recommend their workmanship.
