Ricardo Hernandez was the garage door technician that came to my rescue when I needed my current garage door system replaced. I had the old style system of two springs on either side of the garage door to assist opening and closing. I’ve repaired these systems in the past, but have grown tired of stringing cables and springs together. Ricky replaced my old system with the current system that most newer homes have…one tension spring over the door getting rid of my laundry line of cables and springs. Ricky did an excellent job and I commend Precision for his training and knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who needs a professional to repair their garage. Have been using this company for years on own house and a rental property. Always a quick response, efficient technicians, reasonable rates. I especially like the text message ahead of time with the picture of the tech and his background info. Wes arrived on time, worked very efficiently, gave a couple of options with explanations of why the work needed to be done today, and if work should be done but could be in the future when it fit better in the budget. We opted for immediate need repair/replacement of keypad and door tune-up and went with optional new rollers for garage door. As always, VERY impressed with this company!

Caleb was great! He explained everything and went over the work performed! Very professional and friendly. Do believe Precision could be more transparent about not servicing Wayne Dalton residential products/springs prior to sending a tech out. If not, customers will be paying a needless service charge or buying a new spring system ~$1,350-$1,600 versus just replacing the spring. I’m glad had the new spring system installed.
