2nd house I have used Precision Garage Door Service. Problem with loud rough operation of builder grade opener. Installed new motor unit with wonderful lights, rollers, cables, main opener, remotes, and keypad. All problems solved. Except now, I do a double take whether the door is actually opening or closing because it is so quiet (and nice).

Quick response. Door cable came loose and needed to get car out of garage. BJ was the tech who repaired our door. He knew his business. He looked at the problem and gave me a rough estimate. He further inspected the door to make sure no other damage was done. He noted some wear and tear but focused on the repair at hand. Without delay, completed the job. Bottom line: showed up, inspected, repaired and completed transaction quickly. Will call whenever I need garage door service

Shouldn't have had to pay if they couldn't connect the remote. I was told on the phone, no problem, no matter the model, and the tech would be able to get me a remote and program it. Tech said it didn't work... Was charged a service trip fee, even though it wasn't my fault that I couldn't purchase the remote. Which is what I was told on the phone, "I would be charged a service trip fee if the tech comes out and I choose not purchase anything or any service." When I do buy a new opener, I won't use this company.

I ended up replacing the whole garage door unit. He had everything ready in his truck to get the work done right then and there! No pay in advance and then have to order the parts for a later date! I have been most impressed by the knowledge and ability of the young man that serviced my garage door this morning. He explained everything to me and then demonstrated how to maintain the new unit that he installed. He explained to me that the spray that I had was the correct one to use and then demonstrated where to spray every six months. I was waiting for "BJ" to call when he was on the way and he did. That was important to me. I understand that that is a company policy but he followed the practice and that alerted me when he would arrive. Since then, I found from your pictures of agents that the gentleman was Bruce Moody. Thank you for sending him!

The appointment was for 2:00 to 4:30. He arrived at 6:15. He said the price quoted was $1,380. A half hour later he called and said $883. I called another company and they arrived on time and repaired the door right away for $605. I would not recommend this company.

Hello, my garage door stop performing. I called Precision Garage Door and to my surprising I was scheduled an appointment the same day. The Repairman came out, introduced himself and evaluated situation. I needed a new opener. He reinstalled a new garage opener within a hour. He did an awesome professional job and was very courteous. I will recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone that needs work on their garage door.
