Wow! Our garage door decided to not work today trapping one of cars inside. A spring broke. Great timing. I called Precision and they sent a gentleman by the name of Monty Morales. Mr. Morales was professional looking and spoke professionally. I was impressed by his mannerisms and his ability to explain to me how to maintain our garage doors. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all of my question. Mr. Morales fixed our garage in a very timely manner. We had a power outage for several hours and after it returned one of our garage openers no longer worked. I called a “Neighborhood” door service and a fellow arrived later that day. He advised that the motor was gone and proceeded to try and sell us a very expensive replacement. Lots of charges and small “discounts.” Didn’t feel right. After another internet search, the Precicion webpage provided lots of info on their operations, employees, processes, etc. They also quoted many reviews by customers that gave us some assurance that they knew what they were doing. I called them and Monty arrived a few hours later. He was polite, nicely dressed and he got right to work. The old motor, about 7 years old, was shot and he explained our alternatives with reasonable pricing. We decided to use Precision and we are very happy with the results. Monty Morales did an outstanding job of replacing my noisy chain drive Genie opener with a belt drive Precision opener. He programmed all remotes and also the Home Link buttons in my vehicle. He was very professional and efficient in taking down the old opener and installing the new opener in under 2 hours. He left the job site cleaner than it was before he arrived.

Beyond thrilled and impressed by the professionalism, response time, and value of the service I received. My garage door completely twisted and bent off the rails, suspended by the motor. Precision Door Service answered my call early in the morning and someone arrived to assess the damage within a couple of hours. Great care was taken to lower the door and completely repair it, getting it back in the tracks. It is a very heavy wood door and I was saved the expense of buying a new one. I have used Precision doors on two other occasions prior to today and always find them fair and honest in their assessment of my repair. I called to have both of my homes serviced and found Monty, just absolutely terrific in his work and communication as to what were my options. He was never pushy, and never seemed to lead me one way of the other. One of my homes had a 27 year old opener that I replaced and found the new one extremely efficient and very quiet. Monty explained what he was doing ever step of the way. Their pricing is very low and affordable and gave me a 90-day warranty on all of his work today.
