I am originally from Marfa, Texas which is a small town west of San Antonio known for their “mystery lights.” Five years ago I moved to San Antonio and couldn’t be happier. I am extremely active and between my two children, my black lab and working for Precision Door I manage to stay very busy. I enjoy my work and have a passion for helping others.

We found the ad for Precision in our local newspaper - LaVernia News. Our garage door needed repair and thought it would need to be replaced. Monty Morales, a very fine and knowledgeable individual responded to our call and assured us he could repair it which was a real blessing. He did a wonderful job with repairing it, saving us the cost of a new door. He is a great young man and as a result of his character and ability, we will call Precision again if the need arises. We would recommend Precision highly to anyone.

We called Precision after we found a broken garage door spring over the weekend. They offered a service call on Saturday or Sunday, at no additional cost, but we didn't need the service in a hurry, so told them it could wait until Monday. Monty came out Monday afternoon, calling beforehand to tell me that he would actually arrive a few minutes early. After surveying the damage, he told me what all he recommended, what it would cost, and how long it would take to fix. The job was completed within the time he estimated, and when he was finished, he gave me some tips on how to keep the garage door lubricated, especially since my husband does woodworking (which by its nature produces lots of sawdust) in the garage, plus the type of lubricant to use and the type to avoid because of all of the sawdust. He even demonstrated the easiest way to open a garage door with a busted spring, in case we needed to know that in the future. He was very friendly, professional, and forthcoming. We will definitely call on Precision and Monty again in the future if we need them.

I wanted the best possible for the repair of my garage door, and the advertisements and reviews are spot on. Precision delivered right off the bat with the service call. Monty was the real deal; knowledgeable, professional, and showed me ALL option available. Precision gave me appointment dates, I selected, and received confirmation via email. When I called Precision for service, they gave me a time slot of 10-12. The technician, Monty was right on time (he was a bit ahead of the time as a matter of fact). He was extremely courteous, explained in detail what needed to be done, explained my options, and once we had agreed on a solution he told me how long it would take to complete the job. We have now had a total of three garage doors on two homes (since 2011) repaired by Precision with two different employees doing the work. The company and the technicians are first class. You get what you pay for and you get a lot for what you pay with Precision. We highly recommend this company. Monty Morales was the latest technician to work on two doors for us and his work was flawless. He replaced all of the rollers, springs, pulleys and cables on both doors. They were almost unusable and now they work like new. Monty is a very personable and very capable young man.

My garage stopped working on Saturday and Monty came on Monday and saw the problem in a few seconds. The sensor had been knocked out of alignment and he quickly corrected it and said that he was on his way by my house and there would be no charge. I really appreciated that. Thanks.
