When I bought my home a year and a half ago, it had a garage door opener, but the previous owner indicated it never worked. When I contacted Precision, this was the info provided. I did not know what it would take to make the system operational. Monty Morales was the technician assigned to the project. After reviewing my situation, he started with giving everything a tuneup. He noted that the springs were rusted and recommended their replacement. He got the motor working, but it would not travel the distance required. He recommended a new motor. Every step of the way he kept me informed of the costs. After three hours, I had a fully functional garage door opener. I was impressed that he came prepared with everything he needed to complete the job, even though he did not know the scope until he arrived. I am pleased beyond words.

It was pouring rain! I had a ton of errands to run, it was NOT the best day for my garage door opener to go on the fritz!!! So I called Precision Garage Door Service and explained my problem. I told the polite and helpful administrative assistant that I didn't expect anyone to come out in the flood, I just wanted to be first in line when the rain let up. She said we can be there a 2:00 pm today. They were! They fixed everything door, opener, springs, and 2 transmitters. Cost: not much money. Time: about 1 hour. This company is the real deal: professional, trained technicians, safe = 5 stars
