Technician came out on a Sunday, even showed up early. Very professional, diagnosed the problem immediately, and an hour or so later, the door was functioning just fine. He also inspected all elements of the opener and the door. Very courteous, answered all my questions in a language that I could understand, no technical talk, just a layman's oriented explanation. This is the 3rd time we have used Precision Door--over about it a 15 year period. Replaced a garage door and got the warranty on the new springs. Five years ago a new opener; then a couple years ago, a spring broke and warranty replaced them. Today, IVAN replaced the door sensors. EVERY VISIT by Precision technicians was done professionally. A GREAT company to make things right.
