When the first visit did not accomplish what the technician had intended, we called again. Your people were happy to come back and try again. When the second fix did not work, your technician came back again and adjusted the sensors. This seems to have cured the problem we were having. Great service and integrity.

I am very satisfied with the work done on my garage door. It needed new springs and I had Jason put on new rollers as well, it was just a matter of time before they failed. I was initially impressed by the fact that my phone call was answered by a live person at 8:30 PM! The man stated that they would have Jason come out on Wednesday (I called Monday evening) and I would be his first call. He was to be here between 8 and 10 AM Wednesday morning. He called at 8:53 and stated he would be here at 9:20. He did not arrive until 9:35 but was knowledgeable and friendly. I guess my only issue is that although he arrived within the window of time given, if I was his first stop, he sure got started late and I needed to get to work myself. The repair was a bit pricey but needed to be done. The price included a service call charge of right at $50....I can understand charging for a service call if the customer doesn't need or want Precision to do the work, however it seems a bit "greedy" to charge for a service call when you got the job and are doing the repair....getting paid for the parts and labor....just sayin' Jason was a nice fellow who knows his stuff...so I gave you guys 4 stars.

Joe did a very good job replacing our broken and outdated Torsion Springs. He arrived when he said he would, quickly found the problem and got it replaced. He initially thought that he would have to do the replacement tomorrow as he used his last bar on the previous job.He called another tech who happened to have one on his truck and agreed to bring it to the house, and both of them worked together as a team to get the new springs installed. I was very impressed watching them work to get the repair done. Great teamwork guys. I would highly recommend Precision for Garage Door service.
