Our garage door spring broke the day before labor day late in the afternoon. We could not open our garage door, and my wife's car would be inaccessible for several days if we could not get it fixed. Ashley contacted Dan, and although he was already done for the day, he agreed to fit us in the same day. He was at the house a few hours later and immediately assessed the situation. He gave me a clear, concise estimate for the work that needed to be done. He went to work right away, and in no time had the entire door overhauled with new springs, cables and rollers. He lubricated the opener and the unit as never operated as smoothly and quietly as it does now. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Ashley's effort to get us a technician on the same day and Dan's recognition of the situation, and his willingness to perform yet another call the day before a holiday. He was professional, knowledgeable and did great work. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs work on their garage door units. Thank You, Marcus

I called Precision on Friday evening about 5:25 pm trying to set an appointment for the following week. To my wonderful surprise I was given a 2 hour appointment window on Saturday afternoon! Dan Kuhn came out right on time and what a JOY he is! He understood exactly what I was wanting to get done. Due to our home being elevated out of the flood plain soon, I needed our garage doors and their tracks raised 3". Dan looked at what I needed after listening carefully and responded, "No problem, I can do that in about 2 hours" And he did just that. Adjusting opener and locks, he left everything better than before. I am thrilled with Precision Doors and Dan Kuhn. The work done was excellent and the price was very fair. I can safely recommend them to anyone.

On 8/31/15 at 2:50 PM my garage door spring broke. I called Precision immediately because we couldn't lift the door and both of our vehicles were inside. Your technician, Jason, called within 10 min to verify my address, and arrived 5 min later. He replaced the single broken spring with a dual spring system, and all the roller wheels. I can't belived how quiet and smooth the garage doors moves now. He completed the job and was gone by 4:15. Jason was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and fast. I couldn't believe he arrived so quickly...and had the job completed so quickly. I recommended your company to four of my golf buddies today.

Saturday morning the spring on our garage door broke. I wasn't sure if I would be able to find anyone to come out on the weekend to replace it. I called Overhead Garage Precision Door Service and they had a technician come out at the end of the day. In the afternoon Dan called me to let me know he was on his way around and should be at my place around 4:45. Dan was on time, he was polite and explained what he was going to do. Dan was in and out within 30 or 45 minutes. He explained and showed me everything he was doing. He loved to talk and was personable. He gave me options and recommendation with replacement of parts and warranty along with hints in maintaining the door when he was finished. I would definitely call Precision in the future for any repairs or services for my garage door or opener.
