I was very happy with the service. Even though the repair cost more than what I was hoping, because they needed to replace a shoddy, sub-par piece of equipment, that the home builders installed, the tech showed what broke and why it did. Plus, now the new part has lifetime replacement coverage. I want to change my garagw door out now and, whether we buy the door from Precision or not, I will definitely hire them to install it.
