Our sensor repair and tuneup was done today by Jason Dawson. Jason called before he arrived and arrived timely. He quickly figured out our issue was with the sensor. I was thinking I needed a new garage door opener, but it is still OK. This is the second time I have had Precision out on a call for the opener, thinking that I should replace the original one and was told it was still working, so no need at this time. For me, Precision receives a 5 Star Rating due mostly to Joe S., the Technician, given his technical knowledge, work ethics and conscientious attitude. I had only planned an adjustment but it was obvious by the Technician's clear explanation of door mechanics and load, that an additional spring would be best for my garage door size. I chose to have the work performed and pleased that I did.
