Our garage door opener went out over the weekend so every time we had to get in or out of the garage someone had to hold the door up. Precision Doors was able to come and replace the opener the same day I called. Everything was explained to me on how it operated and what was wrong with the old one. Very pleased.

Not only was he on time, he 2 actually a few minutes early and called me ahead of time to make sure it would be okay for him to come early. Then, he very quickly diagnosed a sensor problem with my door and got it working properly. He also have me excellent advice for my other door. I was able to get an appointment within a few hours of calling. The technician arrived right on time. He inspected the problem and was very straight forward with my options for repair. The installation took a little over and hour and my garage door works like new. Due to the age I the door I chose to have all the major parts replaced.
