I was able to get an appointment within a few hours of calling. The technician arrived right on time. He inspected the problem and was very straight forward with my options for repair. The installation took a little over and hour and my garage door works like new. Due to the age I the door I chose to have all the major parts replaced.

The door opener (a PDS800) runs smooth and is surprisingly quiet for a chain drive. Overall a very pleasant experience and a company that I would recommend to friends and neighbors.
