I had all garage door openers fried due to a very close lightning strike and called Precision due to past experience with their employee Dan Kuhn. Dan did excellent work in replacing the openers and was very friendly and knew what he was doing. I could NOT have had a better person show up at my door. In the future I will always ask for Dan. Jason arrived early and did a great job. He replaced my beeping battery (which I got 7 years out of) and also spotted a broken hinge which he fixed. In fact, I asked him to replace all like hinges. Great service and friendly technician. However, the website notes if they couldn't get to my house within 4 hours after my call, there would be no service call charge. The telephone person even said she'd note that on my record. Technician said, "No, that means if we are more than 4 hours late, you don't pay for the service charge." ???? Great service, though.

Five Stars! I have an older model garage door opener. The light bulb is very difficult to access, and impossible for me to change by myself. I called the company that installed the system, and was told that they do not do lighting. However, they offered to sell me a new motor. Found your website, and decided to call. From initial contact-through-service call, it was all a positive experience. I will certainly contact Precision for future garage door needs.
