Precision was great! They came exactly when they said and the technician called 1st to make sure I was home. Jason told me what the problem was and what was causing it. He gave me a total cost but also a lower price for the immediate problem without a lot of pressure to go for the higher priced fix. He also gave me a discount and worked straight through to get the job done asap. He also had all the needed parts in his truck.

NOT TOO HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED THIS TIME. HAD BOTH MOTORS REPLACED ON SATURDAY. FIRST A BOLT FELL OUT OF BOTH SIDES ON TOP OF BOTH OUR VEHICLES, THEN ONE OF THEM IS MAKING A BUZZING NOISE AS IF SOMETHING IS CONSTANTLY RUNNING INSIDE OF IT, AND IT SEEMS AS THOUGH NO ONE IS TAKING IT SERIOUSLY. I selected the site because it offered weekend appointments, but was disappointed I could not get a same day appointment since I called early in the day and was having a problem; Sunday was booked. I tried other companies, but selected your company because of the information available on your website and also because I had used your company previously for garage door opener repairs.
