This is the 3rd or 4th time I have called on Precision Door Service to repair my garage door. Each time I have received prompt service by an efficient and knowledgeable technician. I would have no problem recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

NOT TOO HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED THIS TIME. HAD BOTH MOTORS REPLACED ON SATURDAY. FIRST A BOLT FELL OUT OF BOTH SIDES ON TOP OF BOTH OUR VEHICLES, THEN ONE OF THEM IS MAKING A BUZZING NOISE AS IF SOMETHING IS CONSTANTLY RUNNING INSIDE OF IT, AND IT SEEMS AS THOUGH NO ONE IS TAKING IT SERIOUSLY. I CALLED BACK TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM THE VERY NEXT DAY AND IT WAS KIND OF LIKE OKAY WELL WE WILL GET TO IT WHEN WE CAN. NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I selected the site because it offered weekend appointments, but was disappointed I could not get a same day appointment since I called early in the day and was having a problem; Sunday was booked. I tried other companies, but selected your company because of the information available on your website and also because I had used your company previously for garage door opener repairs. The technician called to confirm his arrival time and was very efficient and courteous. I was very pleased with the results.

Dan the Technician seem to very knowledgeable in his craft and performed his duties promptly. I am a senior citizen and retired military but did not receive a discount for either. Just in conversation I mentioned I was a retired soldier.I notice that you do give discounts for one or the other but I was not offered a discount for either in the past I believe you did give me a senior citizen discount.R.
