My wife says that it sounds like a new door. Jason replaced all of the rollers. When my wife comes home and uses the remote, only my dog can hear the door go up. We are very satisfied.

Started off with Customer service being friendly and expedient. Did not expect to get such quick service. Shortly received phone call from tech giving me his eta. He was one of the most friendly and kindest person I have experienced dealing with. You could tell he enjoyed his job and was a "people" person. Explained and showed me what the problems were with our garage door and an estimate. I wish other people in the service business handled their jobs like he did. Needless to say I would not hesitate to use Percision again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called them Saturday morning about my door being messed up. They had set me up for later that day. Joe came about an hour early and walked me through the issues and we decided it would be best to replace the door. Set that up for Monday morning and Larry came out and installed the door before noon. Both guys were very easy to work with and I would recommend them next time you need work on a garage door!

Everyone else tried to see me a new garage door without even discussing how to repair my garage door. Precision was the only one who said they could repair my door and even sent someone out the next day. The repair took only 5 minutes!, and the repairman (Joe Sillitoe) even adjusted my door spring. Precision will definitely get my future business.
