Jason was our assigned technician. We were in a bind time-wise and he fit us into his schedule. He accomplished this by completing the work on his day off! He was extremely meticulous and dedicated to providing the best service possible. He was extremely polite, competent and professional. He was a real stickler to the smallest detail. Jason arrived on time looked the door over and put an action plan together for my door. He went at the task with skill and in short order had a complete repair. He took the time to fine tune the opener and tighten all bolts. Door has never worked this well. Very happy customer. Old school service with a smile.

I just wanted to let you know what a good job Dan did. He advised me to replace the entire system instead of doing it piece by metal. Dan also advised replacing the actual rollers on the door itself. Now everything is new : motor, track, chain, keypad, sensors, wall switch, and remotes. The door is quieter then it has ever been. When someone comes over I make them watch and listen to how quiet it is. The best part is you came on time, fixed it better then what it was, and you did it right the 1st time. Dan deserves special recognition for his outstanding work!
