I liked what I saw in the tv ads and then when my garage door was acting up I went online and scheduled an appointment. Greg called before he headed over. He was polite and professional and explained what he saw and what he could do. I was impressed with the lifetime warranty and agreed to the repairs he recommended. He was done in about an hour and oh my gosh! Night and day difference! No more noisy jerking movements. It opened and closed smoothly. I am so happy with everything about Greg and Precision Door Service. I highly recommend them. Thank you!!

I used this company last year and was very pleased. When I called today I asked for the same repairman. He came and was cross, acted irritated and angry. He talked harshly to me and told me “it’s NOT the door opener it’s the door! I told you last time it was the door! You NEED a new door! He got it working again today but talked to me with anger and frustration! I am 75 years old today in fact, and I do not remember him saying ANYTHING about me needing a new door last year. I can’t believe he was the same repair man today that fixed it last year. I will never use you again OR recommend you to anyone. I am so disappointed and since he harshly told me I needed a new door I will get one but I will never use your company again OR recommend your company to anyone else. He was rude, abrasive, and unkind.
