I have used Precision numerous times and have always been satisfied. I originally called because my remote was not working. After the technician tried several fixes, none of which worked, he explained my options and I decided to replace a very old garage door opener. I'm glad I did. Each time I have used Precision, the technician always goes out of his way to try and come up with a cost efficient solution. Give them a try.

Wesley and Jacob called to say they could arrive early, which was good. They evaluated the door and it was agreed to replace the opener. The installation was completed in a short time. Wesley proceeded to set up and explain operations and also set up two cars to the opener. Great job. Polite guys. I would not hesitate to have them service again.

Everything went great. My service technician (Wesley) was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He arrived on time, accessed what I needed, and proceeded to install the new garage door opener. He did the set up on the remote access to open/close the door to include my auto, outdoor keypad, and phone. All done in about an hour. Terrific work. Thanks!!

I have been most impressed by the knowledge and ability of the young man that serviced my garage door this morning. He explained everything to me and then demonstrated how to maintain the new unit that he installed. He explained to me that the spray that I had was the correct one to use and then demonstrated where to spray every six months. I was waiting for "BJ" to call when he was on the way and he did. That was important to me. I understand that that is a company policy but he followed the practice and that alerted me when he would arrive. Since then, I found from your pictures of agents that the gentleman was Bruce Moody. Thank you for sending him!

BJ called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. He was very prompt and courteous. He quickly diagnosed our issue and gave me a quote before beginning any work, there was any pressure. BJ was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him about life. My garage door needed urgent repair on a Saturday morning after it came crashing down due to a broken spring. I could not open it manually, and my car was stuck inside the garage. I called Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio and within 3 hours a technician arrived, assessed the situation and provided an estimate, which I thought was quite reasonable. The technician(Rick) fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction. He was courteous, very professional and competent. I will not hesitate to use Precision Overhead Company again for any garage door issues in the future.

My garage door would not close this morning and since Precision Garage Doors was the installer I promptly called them. They gave me a same day appointment and the time frame so I was pleasantly surprised when Chris called and said he could come early! I highly recommend the services of Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio. I called them after reading reviews from past customers. I knew that I wanted a company that is well established in the community with excellent reviews. So, I called to make an appointment. Kayla took my call and was so nice, friendly and professional. She immediately took all my information, scheduled an appointment and answered all my questions. Within less than 2 hours later, I had BJ, service technician, at my door. Let me tell you, he was the most pleasant young man. He explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate of the costs for the repairs.

Aaron and Jesse found the problem quickly . Garage door handles were obstructing the smooth opening and closing of the the door. They repositioned them. The two men were very courteous . Aaron explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand.(I’m 96). I have been satisfied with the performance of the door.
