Brent, was early but called first to confirm his early arrival was going to work. He was very professional, answered all my questions. Job was done quickly, he explained maintenance moving forward, did a walk through on what he did so show me what to watch for in the future. He left lubricant, showed me where and when to use. He even cleaned my two garage door opener eyes to make sure all debris and cobwebs were removed. Very satisfied customer. Will always call in the future if another issue come up! One of the main reasons I picked your company. Was the fact that an operator answered the phone. Not a sells agent. Another reason was the operator was actually coordinating a live feed with technicians to see what times are available. In addition the technicians gave me several options in different levels of repairs. Versus trying to sell a high market repair. Technicians were very professional very courteous straightforward and completely honest on all accounts. I have another garage doors.
