Precision Garage Doors was excellent and provided us great service. We had issues with our garage door opener not opening/closing properly and they came out twice. Made our first service call right by honoring our service call. Eventually we had to install a new motherboard. In which Wesley replaced this morning. He is very professional and kind. Did exchange in no time! Great job!

Chris Vern came to the house when he said he would be there while providing a heads up noticication. Chris was very knowledgable about my repair and completed the job timely while honoring the quote provided by the dispatch operator. Chris completed the job and then provided feedback on how to maintain springs and rollers. Will recommend to a friend in need of a garage door service.

I chose Precision because I had use them before with a very positive experience. Today with Greg was similar to my first experience. Greg was able to come a little early, promptly diagnosed and corrected the issue with our opener and was on his way. Saturday afternoon, no less. Absolutely recommend this company!!

I received a entirely different quote when I spoke to Kristy over teh phone to fix my garage door. When tech came out and looked and quoted me 3x the amount. Then insult to injury charged me the $69 dollar service fee for 4 minutes of looking around.

We have lived in our new home for just 4 years. As so often found in our community the builder installed a very cheap garage door. Naturally we have had periodic problems with the door until it just would open or close properly. The rollers were coming out of rails, the glue on the metal panels was failing, and rollers and springs were malfunctioning. Finally, it was stuck open and not secure. The only positive thing in the whole disaster was our phone call to Precision Door company of San Antonio. They sent out a Tech named David on the same day I called. He was excellent! He knew what he was doing and fixed everything. That cheap door never worked so well as it did when he finished. Plus, David gave me some good advice about how to maintain the door in the future and gave me a Veteran's discount on his work. It made my day! I will call Precision Door again if I need help.

Just had a terrible inconvenience with my garage door going out. The doors were installed over a year ago and we had not had any problems. I called Precision and they promptly responded in a little over an hour. Greg came out and quickly located and fixed two problems and mentioned the work was guaranteed. I only paid the service charge and he said if they need to come out again within the next thee months that there would not be a fee. Greg was most helpful and explained to me and my wife what to do if we ever found ourselves in this situation in the future. The great customer service quickly put us at easy. Thank you Precision!!

My tech was great he went over the entire door system, fixed loose screws holding the system up , provided me two new remotes and reprogrammed the system to remotes ..was on time and professional. Thank u Mr Garcia
