Precision garage door did a great job. My door broke around 10 pm and I called them shortly after that on a Sunday and expected to get voicemail so someone could call me back. To my surprise I got a live person on the phone. Made the appointment and Wesley the technician showed up on time and had it fixed fast and correctly. Great job and great service. I saw a commercial on TV is the reason I called them. Highly recommended this company. Wesley gave me 4 repair options and explained them to me. Absolutely no high pressure sales pitch just my choice on which one was best for me which I appreciate. Great service and great company. Thank you

Quick to respond, did an excellent install very comprehensive they left me in a better situation - wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for. Expert advice - had a 23yr old garage door I suspect this will last as long as the one replaced.

I am very pleased with response to the initial call and the worked done to install a new door opener. David Arreguin did a fantastic job. He found the problem and showed me the three options I could choose from. David was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. The job was done in a timely manner. After the job was done, he also explained how everything worked. He made sure I understood how to use the remotes and how the door opener and everything else including all the reprograming he did.

I found your website online and was hooked by Stella’s photo and bio. I made an online appointment and picked an early time-slot expecting to get a follow up call that a tech could come out sometime later or next week, like it seems for most residential service needs. I was happily surprised that my request was promptly answered and that Ricky was en route well within the requested time window. We had a hung door and were unable to close the garage door. Ricky was professional and knowledgeable, and provided clear understanding for our garage door issues and answered my random questions about the process. The work was completed expertly and the garage door operates far better than it has since we moved in. We appreciate Ricky’s work and I would definitely recommend Precision if anyone else in our neighborhood experiences an issue with their garage door.

I called in yesterday to have your company come and check the garage door. I was given a time between 8:00-12:00, today as a response. At 8:08, this morning, Mr. Aaron Rodriguez sent me a text that he would be here in 15 minutes. He was. Immediately he went to inspect the garage door gave me an estimate. Once we settled on a choice of options, again he immediately began this project. Not only did he work with precision, this man was courteous, professional and attentive to any questions I had. If you need a numerical evaluation, on a scale of 1-10, I go with 10 out of 10.
