Had Issue with keypad not working, Technician came out earlier than promised, and was so kind and helpful. He just unplugged the Motor and plugged it back in, and the keypad worked. I would have liked not to pay the service charge, but I understand this is a business.

Precision was recommended by my daughter who used them several times in the past and was very pleased with their work. Before I talked to my daughter I had another company come out and they gave me an estimate which was very high. I scheduled an appointment online with Precision and Patrick arrived the next morning on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite explaining all that was needed to repair my door. The price was several hundred dollars less than the other company. The door is working great and I am very happy how he handled everything and cleaned up taking all broken parts. I highly recommend Precision overhead door.

Our garage door spring broke and we were able to set up an appointment within a few hours with Precision Garage Door Service. David was very professional and explained all our options to get the door repaired. The service was quick and he showed us how to maintain the door with proper lubrication. He also advised us of the military discount, which was much appreciated since this happened so close to Christmas. Thank you for such excellent service!
