Great initial experience! However, 5 days later I've had to call for the same issue. Someone will be out today and I hope the issue gets resolved. Excellent service call and garage door tune-up by Jonathan H. He was prompt, professional and polite. He examined the safety features for proper performance then inspected functional parts. He then provided three estimates of current repairs and potential future repairs. He showed me how to perform monthly maintenance on my garage door. I am pleased with the quieter performance of my garage door but I also have peace of mind. Thanks Jonathan and Precision!

My garage door was originally installed by Precision Door by the previous owner. It's old. When I called and explained I had found a bolt from the support structure on the floor, they immediately set up an appointment for the same day. Aaron was punctual, early in fact, friendly and efficient. He did a safety check, repaired several loose bolts, answered my many questions, and gave me a reasonable quote for replacement. Outstanding service all the way around - beginning with the night before online scheduling to the courteous and professional service by Caleb Skaggs the next morning. I had looked at Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio a few years ago, and at the time,e I recall the prices were reasonable. When Johnny came over and quoted three Garage Door openers at $1000 above cost, I regretted calling because if I said no, I would have been charged a fee for just coming out. Reluctantly, I agreed, and while I like the product, the installation (specifically, the wire management) was messy, and I'll probably have to redo it myself. In addition, when mounting the wire, they left greasy handprints on my ceiling and walls. So now I have to clean them or repaint over them. Overall, they weren't worth the premium they charge. If you want to pay $1000 for labor and get a mediocre job completed quickly, this is your company.

We were extremely pleased with the prompt response. We have three garage doors and were unable to use any of them. Caleb came out on a Sunday morning early and within minutes explained what was wrong and answered many of my questions clearly and without any pressure. There was a lot of work involved installing two new openers, fixing the spring in one, and correcting the problems in the third one. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Precision and Caleb in particular for an enjoyable solution to our pressing problem.

Did a great job. Polite and professional. Wanted me to replace the whole door [$3000] because it is old. The problems were two cracked hinges and 2 screw nails which had come out and all were easily replaced

Very easy to schedule service and the weekend appointments are a plus. Recommendation for this company came from a friend an we are glad we used them.The technician (Patrick)was on time and explained everything associated with the inspection and tune up for our door. By the time he left, the door was aligned and open and closed much smooth and quieter than before. He even corrected bracket misalignment from when the door was originally installed. Wr are very pleased with the the service and will continue to recommend and use Precision for any future needs.

Have been using this company for years on own house and a rental property. Always a quick response, efficient technicians, reasonable rates. I especially like the text message ahead of time with the picture of the tech and his background info. Wes arrived on time, worked very efficiently, gave a couple of options with explanations of why the work needed to be done today, and if work should be done but could be in the future when it fit better in the budget. We opted for immediate need repair/replacement of keypad and door tune-up and went with optional new rollers for garage door. As always, VERY impressed with this company!
