The response time was wonderful and your representative called to let me know he was on his way. Aaron arrived and assessed the problem. He discussed the options and a decision was made to install a new garage door opener. There were no high pressure sales tactics just a thorough discussion of what actions could be taken to address the problem. After installing the opener, Aaron took the time to explain all the features to me. Aaron was an exceptional representative of your company and I would highly recommend Precision to others.

The scheduling of the garage door emergency repair appointment for Sunday was amazingly easy, and the scheduler was helpful, informative, and genuinely nice. The technician arrived on time, and discovered and fixed the garage door problem right away. He answered all my questions even before I had time to ask them. When I asked about replacing the garage doors and equipment, he was extremely helpful, not pushy, and was honest about what really needed to be replaced or upgraded. The cost was reasonable for a Sunday morning emergency repair. I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Company.

When my spring broke on my garage door I remembered Precision Door and called them and they could come out that same day. As you could imagine, being a senior I was a little apprehensive with having it repaired and not having to worry about getting taken for a lot of money. After buying a new garage door and opener from Precision. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of product and the courteous and professional employee that installed it all. Couldn't have gone any better. A few months later, after settling, the door was binding slightly. I called and Precision sent out Greg. He was extremely polite and professional. Let me know everything he was doing and why. If I could only get this kind of customer service from other companies!! 5-start company and employees. Would highly recommend for any garage door/opener needs. My hat is off to them!

Tech came out for the appt the same day I called. As a matter of fact he texted and asked if it was ok if he came early! Very knowledgeable - had to change/convert the type of tension spring my door had so it was pricey. Tech did what he could to keep costs down.
