Nur Watts was a very polite and knowledgeable technician. He explained all of the problems that the garage door was having and why it broke. He was extremely careful to give me the cost of the project and the time it would take to complete it ,his professionalism and work ethics we’re very evident in his diligent attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this company and I will call the company again when necessary.

Jason Dawson has been our technician for years with Precision Door Service. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the business and very professional . We called early afternoon with a broken spring issue - Jason not only arrived the same day for service but earlier than the scheduled time slot -to replace the spring and do a thorough inspection of the garage door. This is why we continue to use Precision Door Service ! Prompt , Professional, Courteous Customer Service was provided the day before thanksgiving by technician Jason Dawson , as always ! My garage door was misaligned and got stuck at night. They answered the call at 9:30pm, scheduled a service for the next day and got everything fixed. They also programmed remotes at no charge.

I appreciated the timely response and fast turnaround as well as speed of repair. I do think the cost seems excessive, ie why is there a repair cost as well as labor? There were no parts involved.

Unfortunately due to COVID since January we have had 7 price increases, we have tried to absorb most of the cost. But unfortunately a small portion has to be passed on to the customer. The service l received was outstanding a 5 star rating but it's to expense l can't believe how much money it cost for what l had done... at this point l will have to start looking for a more reasonable garage service company with lower fees.

Horrible experience. This is a shakedown operation. DO NOT allow these people into your home or on your property; they will demand a service fee that isn’t disclosed by Angi.com or by their call center. After refusing to be taken advantage of, the servicemen reluctantly left my home. Had I not sternly “escorted “ them out, they’d have occupied my kitchen all evening demanding fees that weren’t agreed upon. Simply put, crooks; buyer beware and use any other company. These people are dishonest.

It has been determined that you were never quoted a service call charge. When it was discovered that a service call had not been quoted to you, a verbal apology was extended to you by the Operations Manager on 10/25/2021 prior to you writing a review. Our intent was not to "shake you down' or ''take advantage of you'' but collect a service call fee that should have been quoted to you in the initial call to our company. As you can see from out 3,262 reviews and the 18 years in business, taking advantage of our customers is not the way we do business. In fact, our goal is to provide exemplary customer service. It is through customer comments that we are able to learn & grow as a company. We again sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and hope you would consider us in the future should the need arise.

Started the process of purchasing a new garage door in May. Initial installation occurred in July with an unsatisfactory job. Garage door trim installation was horrible with dirty areas left all over the door trim after installation. Did not get the matter resolved until today (October). Totally umacceptable service which is not characteristic of Precision. Don't know how they managed to falter on this one. My wife was extremely unhappy!!!
