Patrick was great. He was very professional and did a great job. This is the the first garage door opener I’ve had that literally doesn’t make a sound. Early Friday morning discovered a broke spring on my garage door. Could not open the door due to the broken spring. My cars were trapped in the garage. Called Precision about 7:30am. Lady that handle the call was very professional and set up a service appointment to arrive between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. Technician James Ward arrived around 2:00 pm. James was very professional. He explained everything in detail. Garage door now works better and is much more silent during operation. James Ward is a credit to Precision.
