This is the second time I use Precision. There are a lot of things that I love about them. The first is that they offer same day service. The second is that they are part of the BBB so I feel more confident in using them. Mr. Monty Morales came in to replace my garage door opener after it was damaged by the storm. He explained what had happened, he gave me options, and he took care of it quickly. After he was done, he explained the features of the new mechanism and their warranty. I would absolutely call Precision again if I needed my garage door worked on.

We have used your company before. Had a good experience the first time so we decided to use your company again. Service was great starting with making an appointment, receiving a confirmation, to getting our call when service tech was on his way to the actual service we received. We had a garage door opener installed (we purchased ourselves). Monty Moreno was our service tech. Very well mannered and very personable and respectful. Spoke very well and was very helpful in the use of the opener. He worked the whole time he was here and did a good job. We will definitely be using you all again if needed.

Jason was very professional and knowledgeable in fixing our garage door. He worked on our garage door several years ago and did a great job each time. We overuse our garage door because it is the main way we go in and out of the house, so we need a reliable door. Thanks for getting out the same day I called and getting it fixed in a timely manner. I would give Jason a 5 on the rating scale.

We had a garage door come off the rails and wouldn’t close. Called Precision and they set up an appointment that day. Shortly thereafter, I received an email with the name of technician (Jason Dawson), along with a link to his bio - nice touch! Jason arrived on time, discussed options and then proceeded to fix our door. Jason was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

Danny Kuhn was my technician and he had a young trainee with him. Both of these men were excellent in their demeanor, courtesy, professional knowledge and most importantly getting the job done RIGHT all the way around. My appointment time was between 4PM & 6PM but Danny called about 2PM and said he had cancellation and could they come over now. Of course, I agreed and they arrived on time, charged a fair price and drank two bottles of my water (LOL), I offered it to them. I've used Precision in the past and if the need arises I'll do it again, but this time I'll ask for Danny if he's available. Recommend without reservation. I purchased end bracket's with bearings, I said "Cables" because bracket's was not listed as a choice.

I purchased my home with an unusual garage door opener that had been installed by the seller immediately before closing. After it failed once, I wanted a service visit to make sure everything was adjusted correctly. Chris Flores checked everything out thoroughly, found a nail that was potentially catching on the door, and even reviewed the manual to make sure it was all working properly. I am very happy with the service and when and if my older door needs an overhaul or replacement, I will call this company first!

Our garage door motor was making an unusual noise...we called Precision out for an inspection and general servicing. Turns out that one of our springs was broken. We elected to replace both springs and a variety of other components. We thought the price was very reasonable and we were EXTREMELY impressed by Monty's knowledge and professionalism!

Who has chat open at 10:30 pm? Absolutely the best! Garage door exploded late in the afternoon, by 1030pm I had a next day appointment. Jason showed up saw the problem, recommended a few tweaks and my garage door has never been so quite. 26 year old door has a new lease on life! Outstanding job Jason.
