We have used your company before. Had a good experience the first time so we decided to use your company again. Service was great starting with making an appointment, receiving a confirmation, to getting our call when service tech was on his way to the actual service we received. We had a garage door opener installed (we purchased ourselves). Monty Moreno was our service tech. Very well mannered and very personable and respectful. Spoke very well and was very helpful in the use of the opener. He worked the whole time he was here and did a good job. We will definitely be using you all again if needed.

We overuse our garage door because it is the main way we go in and out of the house, so we need a reliable door. Thanks for getting out the same day I called and getting it fixed in a timely manner. Shortly thereafter, I received an email with the name of technician (Jason Dawson), along with a link to his bio - nice touch! Danny Kuhn was my technician and he had a young trainee with him. Both of these men were excellent in their demeanor, courtesy, professional knowledge and most importantly getting the job done RIGHT all the way around. My appointment time was between 4PM & 6PM but Danny called about 2PM and said he had cancellation and could they come over now. Of course, I agreed and they arrived on time, charged a fair price and drank two bottles of my water (LOL), I offered it to them. I've used Precision in the past and if the need arises I'll do it again, but this time I'll ask for Danny if he's available. Recommend without reservation. I purchased end bracket's with bearings, I said "Cables" because bracket's was not listed as a choice.

I purchased my home with an unusual garage door opener that had been installed by the seller immediately before closing. After it failed once, I wanted a service visit to make sure everything was adjusted correctly. Chris Flores checked everything out thoroughly, found a nail that was potentially catching on the door, and even reviewed the manual to make sure it was all working properly. I am very happy with the service and when and if my older door needs an overhaul or replacement, I will call this company first!

Our garage door motor was making an unusual noise...we called Precision out for an inspection and general servicing. Turns out that one of our springs was broken. I want to commend Jason B for providing a professional yet relaxing service. He explained all the process so that I would understand why he was doing what he was doing. Price was an issue with me so he kept me informed as he went. He made sure to provide maintenance and lubricated hinges etc. My garage door was in need of repair bc it was not lifting on its own.
