My garage door got stuck in the down position with my car trapped inside. I worked on it for hours and watched YouTube videos and finally decided to have a professional come out. Precision answers the phone 24/7 which is nice for planning/scheduling purposes. I called at 11:45 pm and they had someone out the next day (a Saturday) by 5pm! My car is now out of the garage and my garage door is working again! Jason, the expert, who came out knew exactly what to do and kind of did the impossible with a 1994 garage door that has a lot of issues. Jason was able to get it working, and his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism made me decide to purchase a new garage door knowing it was well overdue and having confidence in the person representing the company. Thank you, Jason for helping me out, and I have every confidence my garage door install will also be a great experience. The person who shows up to your door is the "face" of the company. Jason is the reason I am so pleased with Precision. Finding trustworthy, knowledgeable people these days is not always easy, and finding someone with manners and a work ethic can be challenging. We had Precision Door come to our house to fix the garage door and are very happy. Our technician's name was Monty Morales and he was excellent . He was very nice and his work was fantastic. I didn't think he would be able to fix the door, but he did. he knows his stuff!
