When I called Precision for service, they gave me a time slot of 10-12. The technician, Monty was right on time (he was a bit ahead of the time as a matter of fact). He was extremely courteous, explained in detail what needed to be done, explained my options, and once we had agreed on a solution he told me how long it would take to complete the job. Once he was finished, he tested the door several times to make certain it was working fine. I will always use this company for my garage door needs

Mr Giles was very professional. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and offered a viable solution. Then, he performed a comprehensive re-inspecton to ensure the door was working properly before he left. Finally, Mr. Giles answered all my questions to my satisfaction. My service was a great experience... he treated me “ like family “. The ironical thing is when I looked at his name tag, I saw his last name was “Giles”which is one of my parents’ “family names”. It’s a small world! I would recommend his outstanding service to every one!

The cord came off a roller causing the door to come off it's tracks. I had all the springs and hardware replaced by Precision Door 14 months ago and was given a lifetime warrenty. However when the tech arrived I was advised the warrenty did not cover this and I was charged $199 for a job that took 30 minutes to repair. Extremely disappointed in customer service and the excessive charges for service.

These guys are WONDERFUL! Our cars got "trapped" in our garage at about 10:00pm on Saturday night when the spring broke. The door was entirely too heavy for me and my wife to lift manually, and since most companies don't work on Sunday's, we thought we were going to have to wait until Monday morning to get the door fixed. In desperation we searched the web, and liked what we saw with Precision's website. I called their phone number at about 10:30pm, this WONDERFUL extremely polite woman answered the telephone, and said that she would have someone here at our home on Sunday morning to work the problem. The agent who came to our home (MR. JASON DAWSON) was spectacular. He was loud and clear with his recommendations and explanations, was extremely polite AND knowledgeable, and got us fixed up like new in about an hour. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! and even better yet on a Sunday morning! This company and its employees are nothing less than SUPER. THANK YOU ALL. Between my wife and myself, we decided that your rating is not a 5 star, BUT INSTEAD a 5 X 5 STAR! THANK YOU ALL!

We have now had a total of three garage doors on two homes (since 2011) repaired by Precision with two different employees doing the work. The company and the technicians are first class. You get what you pay for and you get a lot for what you pay with Precision. We highly recommend this company. Monty Morales was the latest technician to work on two doors for us and his work was flawless. He replaced all of the rollers, springs, pulleys and cables on both doors. They were almost unusable and now they work like new. Monty is a very personable and very capable young man.

Mr. Dawson, technician, repaired my garage door in less than an hour. He first explained what needed to be done so my garage door would operate. He was efficient, polite and through. Precision installed my garage door about five-years ago, and it has operated well.

Fast, friendly and reasonable. The spring snapped on my garage door opener on Superbowl Sunday. I thought if I could get someone to come out that it would cost me an arm and a leg but they charged the same as the would for a weekday. I like how they emailed me the name and photograph of my tech before he arrived. When he got here Larry did a great job.

Jason Dawson (service technician) once again did a fantastic job on my garage door repairs. He was on time and and worked methodically through his repairs. He made sure that I was satisfied with the work he did on my old almost antique doors. He really knows his stuff.
