Chris was about as nice and professional as anyone could expect. After a few minutes of diagnosing the problem, he told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He told me what it cost to fix the problem and said the fix had a 90-day warranty. I will use this service again if my garage door has a problem.

Their service call of $49 was very reasonable. They came the same day. Their work so far looks great. The only down side was that the whole garage door opener was a little pricey and they only had one model with them to fit my existing one. However, I chose not to wait and had it installed that day.

Monty Morales did an outstanding job of replacing my noisy chain drive Genie opener with a belt drive Precision opener. He programmed all remotes and also the Home Link buttons in my vehicle. He was very professional and efficient in taking down the old opener and installing the new opener in under 2 hours. He left the job site cleaner than it was before he arrived.

The technician arrived 31 minutes earlier than I anticipated, and did so without a courtesy call to let us know he was on the way. He also left a few small bits of trash in the form of a plastic cover for the opener cord, and a strip of adhesive wrap on the garage floor. The new garage door opener is nice, though I don't understand why I was charged a service call fee when they ended up replacing the opener.

Dan was quickly able to diagnose the problem with the door opener (start capacitor DOA). He replaced the capacitor and the door opener is now working properly, he also checked and adjusted the door spring which was out of adjustment. This is the second time I have used Precision Door for a repair and I won't use anyone else. Their employees are well trained, professional. Dan offered to replace the door opener but did not push the issue when I opted for the repair instead. When it is time to replace it, they will be the ones doing it. Great job Dan,keep up the good work.

Chris Flores was fantastic. He worked for one hour trying to diagnose the problem with the door opener and sensors. He explained everything he was doing to us in clear laymen's terms. Unfortunately our old door opener did get fried from the lightening damage so we needed a new door opener. The new Overhead Garage Door Chain opener is so much quieter than the old one. We are extremely pleased.

Beyond thrilled and impressed by the professionalism, response time, and value of the service I received. My garage door completely twisted and bent off the rails, suspended by the motor. Precision Door Service answered my call early in the morning and someone arrived to assess the damage within a couple of hours. Great care was taken to lower the door and completely repair it, getting it back in the tracks. It is a very heavy wood door and I was saved the expense of buying a new one. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Jason replaced/repaired our entire garage door unit (whatever it is called). The motor, belt, keypad, door opener, etc. He was extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. I had asked for him because he impressed me back in Aug. 2016. Although he had a full schedule, he completed our job and explained the new install items very well. (My husband is in a wheelchair so manually opening the door took a lot of effort). Jason is an asset to your company and is great with customer relations. Five Star rating.

The technician, Chris, is a very professional individual that represents Precision Overhead Garage Door Service very well. After he arrived and introduced himself, he assessed the problem and explained the steps to repair the door. When the door was repaired, he inspected the entire system and performed prevented maintenance on the second door as well. He provided care recommendations to prolong the life of the doors as well as the openers. This level of service is rare these days - but greatly appreciated. Thanks again!
