Wes was great. He explained what the glitch might be with the door sticking a bit to the trim. So, yeah, it does make more noise on the first opening of the day. After he left it was working quietly, because he tightened everything and sprayed the joints and also the trim.

David arrived a little after 2 pm, as promised, following a 10 am call. He did a complete assessment of the door and opener and then presented me with three options. I chose one and he set to work. David said it would take an hour and I thought, he can't do all that in an hour, but he did. My door was like new and very quiet. David delivered in style! Thank you, David

My technician Ricky was great. He took the time to explain what was wrong and gave me options of how to repair and I never felt pressured into which option to choose. David was totally professional and courtesy, so the problem was not really solved, have to put the battery back on in a few days to see if it was solved!! If I have to contact the garage door company (Chamblin) and if i need help to maybe install something on the opener you are going to charge me another $69.00 to come out here to install that doesn't make sense!! Also, I couldn't use any of the coupons you sent me!! Then why did you send them to me??

My garage door spring suddenly broke with a loud bang and the door was unmovable. I called Precision that afternoon and they sent an exceptional repairman the very next day. His name is Patrick and he did a fantastic job replacing the spring. He was on time, very polite and friendly and finished the job by cleaning up and removing the old broken spring. We are very pleased with Patrick and Precision Door and highly recommend them for any garage door problem.

I normally do not write reviews, however the service provided by precision was over the top. I was concerned because there have been some owner and upper management changes. I called in regards to work that was over 2 years old. The company responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and took care of it without hesitation. Precision Doors of San Antonio is honest and trustworthy, key characteristics when I am dealing with any company. There technicians were competent, efficient. They demonstrated the technical skills necessary and had good communication skills that made me comfortable and confident from their arrival until they successfully completed their work. I used Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio for the very first time and couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received. The technician contacted me by phone twice to let me know his status and estimated time of arrival. He made a full assessment of the situation and provided his recommendations and the cost upfront. Once approved he went to work, performed comprehensive repairs and paid attention to detail correcting things that I didn't realize were actual problems until he showed me the advancing cracks in the hinge that would break very soon. I am very pleased overall and will continue to use them for all of my garage door needs.
