Everyone involved was efficient, helpful, and friendly. We were surprised that the service technician was able to come out the next day--a Sunday. When he arrived, he quickly identified the problem and went to work right away to fix it. In all, the repair job took a little over an hour. We were pleased with every aspect of this service.

Only dissatisfaction was that I did not know there was a $100 coupon available for my repair. I have used Precision previously and should have been told this was available. I found the coupon after the work was done and paid for.

I honestly don't remember how I "found" Precision Overhead the first time, but my first experience was purchasing a garage door opener. A year or so later I purchased two new garage doors and have, per recommendation, had those doors serviced annually. What I've like is the honesty of recommendations and quality of service. Most especially, an effort is extended to have the same rep each time, so he knows me, I know him, and he personally knows the "history" of my past service.
