My garage door got stuck in the down position with my car trapped inside. I worked on it for hours and watched YouTube videos and finally decided to have a professional come out. Precision answers the phone 24/7 which is nice for planning/scheduling purposes. I called at 11:45 pm and they had someone out the next day (a Saturday) by 5pm! My car is now out of the garage and my garage door is working again! Jason, the expert, who came out knew exactly what to do and kind of did the impossible with a 1994 garage door that has a lot of issues. Jason was able to get it working, and his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism made me decide to purchase a new garage door knowing it was well overdue and having confidence in the person representing the company. Jason installed a new garage door opener today at our home. He called prior to arriving and arrived when he said he would. It was estimated to be a 2 hour install and it was finished in 90 minutes. The entire workmanship, customer relationship and clean up met and exceeded all my expectations. I have 3 garage doors and a few years ago hired Precision Door for a job and as a result of that experience, I will always call Precision for any garage door repair need.
