I have had previous garage door installation and repair work done, but none have left me as satisfied as I am with the job done by Mr. Dawson. First, he pointed out the problems that needed correction and then showed that he was using "A-1" repair & replacement parts -- something that I wanted and was willing to pay for long term performance and reliability. Mr. Dawson was able to explain and point out quality difference between Precision Door and other Garage Door companies. Am a happy customer and will certainly recommend your company to other! Great Service. I had a broken spring and cables, as well as broken rollers. I decided to upgrade to the 2 spring installation after reading about it and also it being recommended by the technician. The technician that serviced my door (Jason Dawson) did great work, was very friendly, and Knew what he was doing. I would recommend to anyone needing this kind of service.

I am disappointed in the articulation between the slats on the door I chose. You cannot see the planks from the street, only the segments of the door. The installer did a good job, was cooperative, left the area clean and put almost everything back where it was before he got here. I wish he had drilled a pilot hole in the framing because he split some of the framing wood with the larger screws. Please send me a complete invoice from down payment to completion.

Have used Precision since late 90's. Current spring replacement was done under lifetime warranty and additional adjustments made without charge except for normal $49.95 service charge. Service tech was excellent, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was working correctly. I highly recommend this company.
