Hello, my name is Brent. I was born and raised in Kentucky. I moved to San Antonio in 2019. I joined the Precision team in April 2021. During time off, I love spending time with my two boys, cooking on the grill, watching sports, and finding new interesting things around the area. Highly recommend, technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I backed into garage door requiring repair of rail, lower garage panel and exterior trim. Precision recommended I contacted original manufacturer on replacement of lower garage panel and trim if I wanted to maintain home consistent. However, identified the service was available and were transparent with cost. My garage rail was repaired within less then 10 minutes--incredible!! Additionally, the spring to the garage was tightened improving overall function to my garage. We ended up purchasing replacement door with Precision based on today's service. The service was excellent and technician took the time in explaining the work and expected outcome of repair.

I have used your Company for service forever since my husband retired from the Army. Your company totally replaced the garage door, the entire overhead opener system, springs, etc. Tiday I was told that I needed a whole new system and door because I had not done maintenance. First he blamed the door and then me? How insulting can you get. He does not allow you to talk with his interjections and wants to counter instead of listening. Was the wiring, instead of replacing the wiring, he wrapped it with black electrical tape! I have to get some comparison estimates and make some service decisions.
