Had somewhat of an emergency, the door wouldn't close. I got an appointment for next day because I thought I would be able to disengage the lock and pull down the door. I was wrong. I called back and they worked me in as an emergency security issue, same day as I called. The guys were great, very pleasant as usual, i've used precision door for years and will always use them.
Security is a huge issue for us. We are so relieved you stayed safe and locked in! We will always go out of our way to keep you cared for.

Not sure if my first review went through. They called ahead and actually showed up 15 minutes early. They finished on time. They explained all my options clearly. They did the job and spent a fair amount of time explaining how things worked. They did a great job of clean up. I don't recommend many folks but I do recommend these two men. I am 99% sure their names were James and Brent.
Even more valuable to get a recommend from someone who seldom does any recommending. Thank You Thor! We stand behind our theory that an educated customer is the best kind and love to hear that oour guys sill explain everything to every person every day.

Brent was our technician and he did a great job. He came just a few hours after we called on Black Friday, right after Thanksgiving. Brent had the garage door repaired in less than 30 minutes with a complete rewiring and a reasonable price.

I am so pleasantly surprised at the quality of work performed during the installation. I was expecting to be quoted and then schedule services a later date. Precision doors techs arrived on time. Assessed the problem; gave me an estimate. While they were doing the work they came upon a hidden problem. The supporting frame work was out of place from the original install by my builder ! Kevin was technically adept to find a work around this and was able to complete my job. They did a great job and didn’t even charge me more than the agreed estimate ! Yes; Precision is the Best !
