Everyone was great! This door was installed in October of 2009 and I had purchased a lifetime parts warranty. Well one of the springs broke. They were here the next morning. The technician Wesley was very professional and replaced both springs! Parts were covered by the warranty and a honest labor fee of $90. Great customer service!
