I called Precision which was recommended by Angie's List to repair/change my garage door opener. The old one looked like it was about to fall on my vehicle at any moment. The young lady that answered the phone(sorry I cannot recall her name ) was friendly and she got me an appointment in 3 hours. Danny K. showed up with a big smile and introduced himself. Very professional and knowledgeable. In 2 hours I had a new garage door opener. Danny even cleaned up afterwards. The amount I paid was within the price range that I researched. Thank you for taking care of me immediately.

Great Service. I had a broken spring and cables, as well as broken rollers. I decided to upgrade to the 2 spring installation after reading about it and also it being recommended by the technician. I am disappointed in the articulation between the slats on the door I chose. You cannot see the planks from the street, only the segments of the door. The installer did a good job, was cooperative, left the area clean and put almost everything back where it was before he got here. I wish he had drilled a pilot hole in the framing because he split some of the framing wood with the larger screws. Please send me a complete invoice from down payment to completion.
