I would definitely recommend this company for services. Jason was the tech who came out to my house to replace springs and rollers not only was he a cool all around guy he took the time to over look the whole door to insure proper function and checked for any safety issues thankfully all worked well.

Our sensor repair and tuneup was done today by Jason Dawson. Jason called before he arrived and arrived timely. He quickly figured out our issue was with the sensor. Jason was very friendly and professional and completed the repair and tuneup quickly. We have used Precision in the past and are very satisfied with their quick response! We will definitely use them again in the future!

Excellent service with immediate availability. Pleasant and informative service technician. Tuned up my door and replaced worn parts. I was thinking I needed a new garage door opener, but it is still OK. This is the second time I have had Precision out on a call for the opener, thinking that I should replace the original one and was told it was still working, so no need at this time. Appreciate the honest evaluation and no high pressure to sell me a new opener.

For me, Precision receives a 5 Star Rating due mostly to Joe S., the Technician, given his technical knowledge, work ethics and conscientious attitude. I had only planned an adjustment but it was obvious by the Technician's clear explanation of door mechanics and load, that an additional spring would be best for my garage door size. I chose to have the work performed and pleased that I did.

From the person to schedule my appointment to my technician Dan, all went as planned. Dan was very polite, professional, courteous. I asked for a call before arrival, and Dan called and gave me enough notice to put my dogs up. He explained everything that needed to be done, told me the price and worked really hard to fix our door! Hopefully we won't need a repair anytime soon, but if we do or if we hear of anyone needs any repair, I would highly recommend Precision and Dan. I really liked getting an email to confirm my appointment and having my receipt emailed was very convenient. All around great experience with Percision.

Our garage door opener went out over the weekend so every time we had to get in or out of the garage someone had to hold the door up. Precision Doors was able to come and replace the opener the same day I called. Everything was explained to me on how it operated and what was wrong with the old one. Very pleased.
