I came home and could not open my garage and it being the main entrance to my home, I was so frustrated. Having used Precision at my prior home, I called Precision expecting them to come the next day, but Jason with Precision called me and said he was so early for his next call, that he could come immediately and fix my garage. I was elated. He did a wonderful, thorough job, explaining the repairs to me. He was knowledgable and repaired the garage in no time at all. I would recommend Precision to everyone I know. I recommend five (5) stars.

Precision service tech inspected and verified specs to enable quote for replacement door damaged by hail. Technician was punctual, customer friendly and helpful. Was disappointed that Precision does not sell the brand of door I prefer. The suggested replacement by Precision would cost $700+ more than the current door. Still shopping.

Very professional, very efficient. So grateful for a Sunday afternoon repair. Fairly new home where garage door bracket was not secured to wood in the attic. Precision repairman secured bracket to rafter. Would definitely recommend.

Last Saturday (9/10/16) I was heading out to work at noon and our garage door opener couldn't open the door. A closer look revealed that the 15 year old main spring above the door had snapped in the middle. My car was in the garage so I wasn't going anywhere. In the garage I searched "Emergence Garage Door Repair San Antonio" and Precision Garage Door came up first. I dialed. Larry was at our house within an hour and the job was done ASAP. Larry was professional, friendly, and efficient. A great experience to a possibly frustrating spring failure. Great job! We highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I called at 8:05 in the morning and they had someone here 1 1/2 hours later. Really happy with that. Also happy that they waived the service fee because they had done work on our garage door 5 weeks earlier (in what turned out to be a totally unrelated repair to the current one). Although a little pricey, I was very impressed with the work that was done. Joe took the time to explain everything he was going to do and was very thorough and professional. I was very please, they were prompt, explained things clearly and fixed the issue. The issue was I have homelink on two vehicles and the openers homelink work perfectly on both, I got two new cars and the homelink would work on one and not the other. Which ever was programmed last would work and the other wouldn't. The tech spent some time, fixed the issue and told me how to address it should it happen again.

Back in June 2016 Precision Garage Doors installed a new door for me. Recently I noticed that It was binding some causing it to make a lot of noise. A repairman was dispatched within a day and door was fixed. Good part was the repairman explained to me what was causing my problem and how I could fix it in the future. Job well done. Thank You
