A few years ago, the main spring (attached to the wall above the door) broke. Precision replaced it at a reasonable price. Then, a few years ago, the garage door opener was acting up. Precision sent out an employee, who after working on it, told me that he was going to replace it for free, because it got worse after he attempted to fix it. That, of course, was a very nice surprise. So, last week, the door started freezing up while going down. I tried lubricating the rollers, but yesterday it froze up again as I was leaving. I called Precision, and their employee: rewired the motion detectors; replaced a few hinges; and replaced all of the rollers at a reasonable price.

Rick was my installer of a new motor and accessories for my Garage Door. I received a text prior to his arrival telling me a little about him along with a picture--This is a very reassuring process with the ID of the installer. He assessed the problem with the operating process of the door and gave me 3 cost options. He worked quickly with the installation of Rollers- Motor- Belt-electric eye and other items and explained what he had done and even programed my vehicle with the new code. I would highly recomment Precision Garage Door and if in the San Antonio area request Rick.

Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio solved my problem. I sent an inquiry about fixing my garage door and I was given an appointment the following afternoon. They sent me a text with a picture of the technician they were sending out and a little blurb about who he is, this was a nice touch to let me know who to expect and feel comfortable opening my door. Ricky arrived and I pointed out my concerns, and he took a little time to inspect my system. He gave me an overview of his findings and four options to resolve the problem. The least expensive was to put a band aid on it and the other three were multiple level resolutions. I selected the one I wanted, he had the parts on his truck, and he got to work. A little while later he walked me through the new system pointing out the parts covered with 10 and 15 year warranties. I am set now, thank you!

Wes had me shut and open the garage door and immediately diagnosed the problems right away. Gave me the price to do the repairs which I approved and he went to work on the problems. My garage door suddenly stopped working. I called Precision Door as we used their services before. Aaron and Brian came this morning and assessed the situation. The culprit was the door opener which finally quit working after 20 years. I was shown options from replacing the door opener with the spring mechanisms to brand new everything. I chose the door opener and the springs. They were very professional, but friendly. After the install, they showed me how to maintain the door itself and springs. They programmed all of the remotes including my car. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend their services.

Our garage door broke down on a holiday weekend and we still had a service call the next day. The repair person was prompt, personable, organized cheerful and skilled. The replacement went quickly so he must have had everything her needed on his truck. He even swept our garage out - way beyond the call of duty. Definitely would ask Precision Garage Door to do any work we needed in the future. And will recommend them with no hesitation.
