We have used precision door in the past so when outside keypad began to work erratically we called on them again. Service technician, Wesley Eskew arrived on time and provided written estimate before starting work. Wesley's appearance and demeanor was very professional. Work we required was general service and tune-up of door and replacement of outside keypad. Job well done and at a fair price.

Precision garage door did a great job. My door broke around 10 pm and I called them shortly after that on a Sunday and expected to get voicemail so someone could call me back. To my surprise I got a live person on the phone. Made the appointment and Wesley the technician showed up on time and had it fixed fast and correctly. Great job and great service. I saw a commercial on TV is the reason I called them. Highly recommended this company. Wesley gave me 4 repair options and explained them to me. Absolutely no high pressure sales pitch just my choice on which one was best for me which I appreciate. Great service and great company. Thank you

Quick to respond, did an excellent install very comprehensive they left me in a better situation - wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for. Expert advice - had a 23yr old garage door I suspect this will last as long as the one replaced.

I am very pleased with response to the initial call and the worked done to install a new door opener. David Arreguin did a fantastic job. He found the problem and showed me the three options I could choose from. David was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. The job was done in a timely manner. After the job was done, he also explained how everything worked. He made sure I understood how to use the remotes and how the door opener and everything else including all the reprograming he did.
