Our church needed a new garage door to secure our equipment. We researched Precision's website based upon a verbal recommendation from one of our members. After reviewing the website, we met with a representative who described what they could do for us. The statement of work was clear, met our needs, and the price was very reasonable. The representative came when they said they would, installed the door quickly, explained the operation and warranty and was very cordial. Our rating is 5 stars. B2

Thank you Larry for your help today. The garage door repair went smoothly and quickly. You were efficient in calling to advise your where-abouts and how long it would be for you to arrive at our rental property. The tenants were happy with your service. Thank you. I think it gives people comfort in general ... to know who is going to handle a specific service call and a photo online gives added assurance especially when that face comes knocking at the door. Background Checks and Drug Testing is so important to us. It's nice to also rely on same day service but we don't like to call FIRE unless there is one so 2 day service is fine with us. If not busy, we certainly would not turn down a same day appointment :-) The service fee of $49.95 was very reasonable. Thanks for always taking care of business (comment to Precision Door IN GENERAL). We appreciate you because being an out of state owner / landlord is alot easier when dealing with companies such as yourself that make it easy to do business. Again... thank you ! I am really pleased with your service. Our garage door suddenly started to make a terrible noise and started to shut crooked 4 hours after my husband left for a 4 day fishing trip. I went on line and called a company I had heard of and got an answering message saying they were closed on the weekend. So Iooked for another and saw your excellent rating and reviews and called. The woman on the phone was so kind and when I asked I it could be fixed today and she accommodated me quickly. When the repair man was running a little late she called and so did the repairman! That is unheard of. Joe quickly assessed my problem and fixed the door quickly. He was great and so is the company. I will recommend this firm to all my family and friends. Thank you so much.

Jason came as scheduled on 22 Oct 14. The condition was obvious, the paneling was coming apart and the entire door had to be replaced. He went over in detail my options, no pressure on what to buy, answered all my questions and set up an appointment for 22 Oct 14 to have the door replaced. Larry arrived on time on the 22ND, explained what he was going to do and went to work. I checked on him a few times to see if he needed anything but he just pressed on. in approximately 2&1/2 hrs he had the job completed. New door, springs, track and wheels. Completely satisfied with both employees, courtesy, knowledge, and excellent work habits astounded in both men. I won't hesitate to call Precision Door Services if the need ever arises again.
