Jason provided exceptional customer service repairing our opener problem. Thankfully some lubrication and adjustment solved our issue. Jason did not attempt to pressure sell but informed us what might happen with our 17 year old system and what options and costs might be in the future. Your service man came promptly and was very courteous. Your prices are reasonable and I liked the option you give of one year warranty verses a lifetime warranty.
