After reviewing the website, we met with a representative who described what they could do for us. The statement of work was clear, met our needs, and the price was very reasonable. The representative came when they said they would, installed the door quickly, explained the operation and warranty and was very cordial. Our rating is 5 stars. B2

You were efficient in calling to advise your where-abouts and how long it would be for you to arrive at our rental property. The tenants were happy with your service. Thank you. I think it gives people comfort in general ... to know who is going to handle a specific service call and a photo online gives added assurance especially when that face comes knocking at the door. Background Checks and Drug Testing is so important to us. It's nice to also rely on same day service but we don't like to call FIRE unless there is one so 2 day service is fine with us. If not busy, we certainly would not turn down a same day appointment :-) The service fee of $49.95 was very reasonable. Thanks for always taking care of business (comment to Precision Door IN GENERAL). We appreciate you because being an out of state owner / landlord is alot easier when dealing with companies such as yourself that make it easy to do business. Again... thank you !
