The thing that caught my eye was the 24/7 offering. My garage door broke on a Sunday (Father's Day) leaving us unable to get our car out of it. My wife and I were unsure we would be able to get anyone to fix it that day. Although, the receptionist wasn't overly friendly on the phone, she was detailed and professional and scheduled a service call for the same day giving us a 2 hour window for when the technician would arrive. To our delight, we received a call from the technician (Dan)within 10 minutes stating his name and advising he was on his way. After arriving within the next 20 minutes we found Dan to be very courteous, professional and efficient. My garage door was working within the next hour. Overall, my wife and I are highly satisfied with the work, however the price for job seemed a bit high for a spring replacement (2 versus 1), rollers and lifetime warranty on parts and labor. That said, we really did not take the time to shop around, compare prices or obtain more information about "Precision". At this point we're very happy our garage door is functional again.

Excellent experience! 5 Stars! I called on Saturday morning, made an appointment and had a highly qualified and friendly service technician at my door by the afternoon. Dan diagnosed the problem (broken spring), gave me repair options and had it fixed in record time. He even took the time to tune and lube the other door while there. I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends. Thank you!

Due to the nature of the repair request, the technician had to order new weather stripping and reschedule the site visit. It was noted the next visit would have been 06/09/14, but distributor was not open to provide the needed parts. Thus, the scheduled visit did not happen instead to be performed on 06/10/14. Repairs took little time to install and cost was reasonable. Overall good review for all.
