Mike came out the same day we called & ON-TIME! He was absolutely one of the best representative for your business, he informed us, ask ALL the right questions and answered all of ours. He quoted us right away and we agreed it was a very good price. Mike shored up our broken door, so that we could use it until today and came back exactly when he said he would and replaced our garage door and opener. Plus he programed our cars & outside keypad. He was absolutely wonderful to work with and we appreciated him very much. You have a great employee there, thanks.

Danny came to repair the doors - apparently the issues were relative to understanding light bouncing - any way I had asked the person (scheduler) to replace one of the lift master remotes, and place a 'key pad' on the outside. Danny did not have the products with him. Then on my finished report - Danny noted it should have better wheels - these are items I would like to fix all at once - not piece meal; I wish Danny would have called to tell me the additional needs - however, he likely did not have those items with him either. It appears to me - his on truck items are minimal in relationship to being off site - I was please with Danny's work, just not - due to supplies. Thanks

Precision performed a garage door repair for us this week in outstanding fashion! They responded to my initial inquiry in a professional manner and scheduled a prompt repair. Dan, the technician, arrived ontime within the two hour window that had been committed and performed the necessary repairs in an expediant and professional manner. In addition, Dan was quite informative in answering my questions about the garage door problems that we were experiencing. I have used another company in the past, however, I will definitely contact Precision if I have other garage door problems in the future and I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends.

Would like to tell you that you have a very punctual, professional and great representative in Dan Kuhn. Mr. Kuhn called me and gave me a time frame for his arrival at my home and arrive within that time frame. That alone was impressive as I have experienced far too many failures of arrival times in past from other service companies. Bottom line, Mr. Kuhn wasted no time in getting started and wrapping up issue. THANK YOU DAN KUHN & PRESCISION DOOR SVC. including the 2 young ladies that spoke to my wife and I when we each called in not knowing the other had. In fact, I got a call back from the young lady to advise me she was canceling my call because my wife had already set appt. Appreciate the fact that we were taken on an emergency basis!!

Dan Kuhn provided prompt, professional same day service. He and Damian showed up precisely on time and finished the garage door repair/overhaul and installation of a new Precision PDS 800 belt drive opener in less than two hours. In addition to teaching me how to program and operate the new opener, they hauled off the old opener and cleaned up after themselves.
