Greg was on time, he gave me three choices on repairs after explaining what each choice entailed. Even though I chose to wait and get the work done a later date, Greg was very professional and we had a great conversation. We were having issues with our garage door closing properly. Patrick Mulholl came by today, and readjusted our garage door opener sensors. He also performed a garage door tune-up The door is opening and closing properly now, and is operating much quieter. Patrick was very friendly and knowledgeable. The garage door was making terrible noises. Gregg came out promptly, diagnosed a failing motor, and gave me repair options and an estimate. He replaced the motor yesterday and the door works smoothly and quietly ...best it's been in years! Response time was always less than 24 hours. Greg was friendly and informative ,,, very good to work with.

Called to report about a problem with my garage door not closing all the way down and making a loud noise when going up and down. BJ came to my house and said he remembered that he was the one who installed the door. The problem was taken care of in a very short time and the door works great. One of our two 22 year-old garage door openers quit working last week. Having had very good service from Precision in the past, I called and asked them to take a look at our old openers and make a recommendation to repair or replace. Based on several factors, we chose to replace our garage door openers. Precision installed the new openers the very next day. From start to finish, Aaron was professional, friendly, and he did a great job explaining our options. After the installation, he made sure he explained all of the features of the openers and that I had no questions. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Our pressure spring broke this morning. Called Precision and was able to get a appointment same day. Mr Wesley was on time. Our garage door wouldn’t open and our cars were still inside. We managed to get the door opened manually, but our cars were still inside. We had to leave the door up during Sunday night. So, early Monday, January the 6th, we called Precision Door Service. We were pleasantly surprised to get a return call within 30 minutes to tell us that we would get a technician, David Arreguin, within an hour. When he arrived, he told us about the company and then proceeded to access the problem. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, honest and so polite. He told us that we had a very good door and we only needed a complete spring system overhaul. What an honest man! Had a 12 noon appt today but was called right after 9 am to ask if technician could arrive early? Service was done & clearly explained. Eventually the door opener will need replacing but not just yet. Yearly maintenance suggested. Can't remember techs name but he was great.
