Both times, the work was done quickly and effectively. One each occasion, different technicians visited our home - Aaron Rodriguez and Wesley Eskew. Both men were professional, friendly and highly competent. Both men made us feel confident that we made the right call - leaning on Precision. We honestly were very impressed with the support and service provided by Aaron Riodriguez today! He gave our garage door a thorough inspection and gave us a detailed explanation for his opinions. While we then felt very secure in the status Aaron provided about our ngarage door, we made a decision to not make any repairs at this time. Having said that, we will definitely keep this paperwork on file - should we need repairs in the future, rest assured we will definitely contact PRECISION to do the work! Thank you! The Kent's

It was all good. Aaron was professional, polite, and courteous. The original problem was a broken spring on an 18 year old door. Aaron found several other parts that were worn out. He had all of the replacement parts with him and the job was finished on the same day (Saturday).

Problem solved! Chris called with a time of arrival and update. He was courteous and professional giving us options to resolve the issue. Quick profesional service. I like getting a message with the name and picture of the technician coming. The only thing to improve is the accuracy of the estimate over the phone though I know that it is hard to do.

I called you guys because I love your commercials! I called this morning at 8:30 and we had a technician here at noon. His name is David Arreguin, and he was punctual, super friendly and upfront with costs. Everything has been fixed and works great. Precision Doors provided a quick, excellent service experience. Their online appointment system was easy to use. I appreciated the phone call and text message stating who the technician was and when he was on his way. The technician, Ricky Hernandez, was outstanding! He quickly found and fixed the problem, took the time to thoroughly inspect the rest of the door and provide general maintenance, and gave advice on keeping the door in good working condition. Wes was friendly and very knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure I understood all of the components of the garage door process and that I was comfortable with what repairs he was suggesting. My experience with Precision was great. It was an emergency and they were able to get a service man right out . He was very knowledgable and knew the problem right off . This is the second repair I had done by Precision. Wes actually was the Technician on both repairs, a garage door opener and today he replaced the broken spring system, bearings and rollers. He also took the time to help me fix the myQ app on my phone. Would recommend Precision and Wes for repairs.

I had a good appointment time for me and I received a call saying he was on his way which I like. He looked at the opener and I explained exactly what had happened. I was also asked how old the opener was and it was definitely over 10 years. He showed me the different options I had and there was one that I thought would be perfect and was also a good price. It was installed and the opener I had worked plus the 2 that came with the new opener. I will be putting the paperwork with all the other house papers I have. If I have any problems I will definitely be calling because I feel I was well informed about everything.
