I had a broken torsion spring and rather than just replacing the spring, the service expert went above and beyond to evaluate the system and explain to me and educate me on what caused the spring to break and then made the appropriate repairs and adjustments for the door to function properly without excessive drag or wear on its components and opener motor. I called Precision because I had seen the ads on tv. Brent Huffman, the repairman who responded to my call arrived early, found the problem, and quickly corrected the issue. He answered all our questions and gave us his personal recommendations. Our doors are 27 years old so an upgrade was warranted. Brent outlined what would be done about hardware, door choices, colors, and made the whole process easy to understand. He discussed warranty options and answered all our questions. It was a very pleasant experience.
