I was very happy with Precision and am glad I chose them to repair and service the garage door at my house. They were very friendly, professional and punctual. I had a broken torsion spring and rather than just replacing the spring, the service expert went above and beyond to evaluate the system and explain to me and educate me on what caused the spring to break and then made the appropriate repairs and adjustments for the door to function properly without excessive drag or wear on its components and opener motor. I highly recommend Precision if you need garage door maintenance or repairs and are looking for a good experience.
