Precision was very professional from the moment the phone was answered until the job was completed. Brent came out late on a Friday afternoon when I called with a smile, did a complete 26 point check, pointed out what was good and what needed to be replaced. All the components on my door were 23 years old, but not all needed to be replaced. After completing the work he explained everything he did and what to look for as signs of concern. The price was very reasonable for all the work he did. Very professional and polite service from start to finish. Thank you.

the commercial guy said I just love to work on garage doors and he seemed sincere. but the price for the 10 wheels was excessive since I know those bearing wheels are pretty inexpensive in the internet like 4 for 29 bucks ! but I couldn’t wait for my door to failed and hurt my beautiful car so I jumped , last time . all doe the tech was well informed and good working spirit .
