Thank you Jason with Precision Doors. My garage door now is quieter, smoother and no longer a worry. Jason explained everything and answered all my questions. Before he got started though, he was kind enough to help me and my son with a baby bird who fell from the nest. Jason placed the baby bird back from where he fell & prior to leaving after he was done with the garage door repairs, he checked on the baby bird. Good thing too because the baby bird was on his way out of the nest. God bless you Jason for being such a caring person. I am so pleased with the work on the door. Definitely will recommend Precision Doors. ????

I accidentally shut our garage door on one of our cars, which lead to an almost complete collapse of the door and severely bent the metal track. I was convinced I would need a complete replacement and was already mentally preparing myself for the massive bill. Then Patrick from Precision came out and told me that he was pretty confident he could have the garage door up and running again in about an hour. I was shocked and a little skeptical, but he was right. A little under an hour later our garage door was running again and it is even quieter than it was before. It’s really nice to find someone who isn’t looking for any excuse to sell you something you don’t need. I’m so happy I trusted Precision and didn’t have to buy a new garage door. Patrick even stayed around a couple extra minutes after the job was done to answer some of my other garage door questions. I would highly recommend Patrick and Precision!

I called Precision in the morning and they were able to send a technician by 12:30 pm. The technician, Nur Watts, was very professional and explained to me what was wrong with my garage door and what my options were to fix the problem. He installed a new motor with more hp the same day and I am very satisfied with the results. Thank you Precision and Nur!

The technician did a wonderful job, he used his time wisely and left the job site just like he found it. Excellent job! Kevin called to let me know he could come a little earlier than scheduled. He was professional, polite, and very efficient at what he did. I was bummed that my unit gave out but Jason came out and diagnosed the issue pretty quickly. Had to do a whole new unit & a few other items but my old unit was 20 years old so it was time! Feels good with this much needed upgrade. He even helped set up car remote! Great fast and trustworthy!
