I filled out an online request for service late on a Friday night and within minutes received a phone call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Brent came out and within minutes had checked out the garage opener and suggested three options for repairs and gave me his honest recommendation. He had the opener fixed and adjusted with 30 minutes and was on his way. Very knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend!!

Patrick responded within an hour of my call for service on my garage door that would not open. The door is several years old so I was expecting to have to replace it. After Patrick assessed the problem, he said it was easily repairable and he could do a complete overhaul. He did an excellent job and was finished within 2 hours. Precision may not be the lowest cost garage door company in the area but you can’t beat their prompt service and quality work. You get what you pay for!

Travis did an outstanding job. He came out with multiple motors for me to pick from, with a description of the difference in the motors. He was able to install the motor the same day. He demonstrated how it worked and set everything up for me. I’m very please with the company and how quickly they set up an appointment and completed my needs in under 24 hours. Very professional and definitely recommend.

We made our service call request first thing in the morning and four hours later, we had a technician at our door. That never happens!!! Our technician was Art Fuentes and we are very pleased with his service. He was knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the functions and system parts of the garage door. Also went above and beyond the service call to make sure both garage doors were functioning properly. We just cannot say enough of how pleased we are with the service.
