Precision Door techs are either on time or early. Outstanding and friendly service. Patrick programmed new remotes and a new keypad for my Dad very quickly. I am also a customer and will always use Precision Doors! My rating is 12 out of 10!

Travis Bartley showed up promptly and was able to pinpoint the problem with the door immediately. He installed the new rollers and the door is working fine. He is honest and up front with the cost of repairs. He came out on a Friday evening and even though it was super hot in the garage he remained very professional. I am highly satisfied with precision door and would recommend this company to my friends. Thank you Travis!

My sender/reviewer (electric eye sensor) was ruined by rain water. Was shown to me I had aa pretty bad issue with my rollers. They got replaced. Had door installed by Precision back in 2014 new and was surprised the rollers weren't covered by warranty so spent more than planned, but they still get 5 stars because 8 years of flawless operation is pretty good if you ask me.

Thank you Jason with Precision Doors. My garage door now is quieter, smoother and no longer a worry. Jason explained everything and answered all my questions. Before he got started though, he was kind enough to help me and my son with a baby bird who fell from the nest. Jason placed the baby bird back from where he fell & prior to leaving after he was done with the garage door repairs, he checked on the baby bird. Good thing too because the baby bird was on his way out of the nest. God bless you Jason for being such a caring person. I am so pleased with the work on the door. Definitely will recommend Precision Doors. ????

I accidentally shut our garage door on one of our cars, which lead to an almost complete collapse of the door and severely bent the metal track. I was convinced I would need a complete replacement and was already mentally preparing myself for the massive bill. Then Patrick from Precision came out and told me that he was pretty confident he could have the garage door up and running again in about an hour. I was shocked and a little skeptical, but he was right. A little under an hour later our garage door was running again and it is even quieter than it was before. It’s really nice to find someone who isn’t looking for any excuse to sell you something you don’t need. I’m so happy I trusted Precision and didn’t have to buy a new garage door. Patrick even stayed around a couple extra minutes after the job was done to answer some of my other garage door questions. I would highly recommend Patrick and Precision!
