Your repair men, Caleb and John were fantastic! Not only did they explain everything to me and go through options, but my grandmother had a medical emergency while they were at my house that I had to run off to. Caleb was extremely accommodating and understanding and said he’d email me the estimates and to give him a call when I’m ready. Extremely good, kind, and professional men.

Precision installed the door so I call whenever I have a question or issue. Tech came out and took care of problem before I answered the door. He checked status of door. I will be buying new door sometime this year and will definitely call precision.

Precision had installed my garage door in 2008. I have the paperwork and took the number off of that when the door stopped opening. I called on Saturday and got an appointment for the same day. The technician was freed up earlier than expected, called, arrived, and went right to work diagnosing.

Came out to my house for what I thought would be a quote but showed up with all the equipment necessary and installed their chain drive garage door opener, two car remotes, a pin pad outside the garage door and the inside garage door opener in two hours! Paul Lightell and John did a fantastic job and I am extremely satisfied with their hard work!

Called for garage door service on Thursday, May 19th. I have American Homeshield but wasn't sure if they could get someone to me the same day. To make a long story short, after speaking to the service technician from Precision, who seemed very nice and personable, I was looking at paying near $3200 for a new garage door since everything that was broken according to the service technician couldn't be fixed due to the damage he assessed. I was able to get a vendor from American Homeshield to come that day and fixed all the components that I was told earlier couldn't be fixed. I ended up paying $450 out of pocket. Garage door was fixed in about an hour and works better than before.. At the end of the day I was a little disappointed in Precision and if I could score a 0 I would have. I'm not too happy with this experience this past week with your company and will definitely not use or refer anyone in the future. I feel violated and mistreated. I believe I was almost scammed. What do you think?
